These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and WG999 ("WG999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://wg999.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all use of the Platform including account registration, deposits, gameplay, bonus participation and withdrawals.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, secondary or multi-accounting registrations is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts identified by WG999 will be closed immediately, and all associated Funds and Bonuses may be forfeited.
During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and country of residence. Providing false or misleading information at registration will render the Account void.
WG999 is required to verify the identity of its users for KYC and AML compliance purposes. You may be required to provide one or more of the following:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Completion of KYC does not guarantee approval of a withdrawal if other review criteria apply.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. WG999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. You must notify WG999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the WG999 cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own legal name. WG999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Pakistani Rupees (PKR) is the primary currency reference for Pakistani users. Payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including those associated with Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear in the cashier subject to availability. The mention of these providers in these Terms or elsewhere on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor does it imply any commercial relationship between those providers and WG999.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, fees and processing windows are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) clearance of any applicable wagering requirements on active Bonuses; and (c) review under WG999's AML procedures where applicable.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account. WG999 may, at its absolute discretion, require additional verification before approving a withdrawal.
WG999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Indicative processing windows are documented in the Help Centre and are subject to payment provider timelines outside of WG999's control.
Where a currency conversion is applied to a transaction, the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing is displayed in the cashier. Exchange rates are not guaranteed and may fluctuate between the time a transaction is initiated and the time it is processed.
All Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published at the time the Bonus is offered. By claiming any Bonus, you confirm acceptance of both these general Terms and the specific promotion terms. In the event of conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms in relation to that Bonus.
All Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the Bonus amount (e.g., a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 Bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before the Bonus becomes withdrawable). All figures stated in promotion materials are illustrative examples; actual requirements are confirmed in the specific promotion terms.
The following restrictions apply to all Bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:
WG999 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any Bonus, and to close an Account, where WG999 reasonably suspects that a User is exploiting promotions, using a wagering strategy designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or operating multiple Accounts to obtain Bonuses.
Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems where applicable, or by the physical outcome of live casino operations. WG999 does not control, manipulate or influence game outcomes beyond the rules of each game as published. Indicative RTP figures are displayed per game and represent a statistical average over a large number of rounds — individual session outcomes may differ significantly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:
In the event of a technical malfunction, communications failure or system error during gameplay, all affected transactions may be voided at WG999's absolute discretion. Winnings generated as a direct result of a system error are not valid and will not be paid. WG999 will endeavour to restore affected Accounts to the position held immediately prior to the error.
Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events available on the Platform — are governed by individual market rules published in the sportsbook. Bets are accepted subject to available liquidity and may be restricted or refused at WG999's discretion. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
WG999 is committed to responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help Users manage their activity. Users are encouraged to engage with these tools proactively and to view gambling as entertainment rather than a means of generating income.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of WG999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public display, scraping, automated data collection or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without WG999's express written consent.
The WG999 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WG999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any transaction made through the Platform; (c) unauthorised access to your Account; (d) interruptions to Platform availability; or (e) any technical errors or malfunctions affecting gameplay.
WG999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free or free of viruses. You access the Platform at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
WG999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where WG999 reasonably determines that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the User has provided false information; (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to WG999 or other users; or (e) WG999 is required to do so by law, regulation or the instruction of a competent authority.
Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, WG999 may withhold Funds where required by AML procedures or where those Funds are related to the conduct that prompted closure. Remaining eligible Funds not subject to a hold will be returned to the User via a verified payment method.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting WG999 support. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be resolved and identity verification must be completed before any remaining Funds are returned. Accounts closed by the User remain subject to WG999's data retention obligations under applicable law.
In the event of a dispute arising from the use of WG999, you should first contact WG999 support with full details of the complaint. WG999 will endeavour to investigate and respond to complaints within the timeframes published in the Help Centre.
If a complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily through the internal process, you may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution channel specified in the operator's licensing documentation, where applicable.
Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 30 days of the disputed transaction. WG999 will not investigate disputes submitted beyond this window unless exceptional circumstances apply.
WG999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, WG999 will provide reasonable notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent review is shown on this page.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WG999 holds its operating licence. The application of other legal systems to these Terms is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms creates, implies or suggests that WG999 is licensed, regulated, endorsed or authorised by any Pakistani governmental authority, including but not limited to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, State Bank of Pakistan, Federal Board of Revenue or any provincial authority.
